“Great staff”

“The worst stay i have EVER had! It was so gross. The toilet seat was worn away and rough to the touch. The walls had stains and finger prints all over. My sheets were stained and i itched all night. The floor was sticky. The smoke alarm battery beep went off in the night and there was no on on site to help. The desk person was rude. There was 1 bar of soap for hands and showering. My lamp didnt work. The room stank and the window didnt open. There was no hvac working and no blanket on the bed ...
