“This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard.
Biggest issue was communication, our place...
