The thermal hot springs are absolutely beautiful and feel very natural, with multiple pools and waterfalls surrounded by lush rainforest. It was peaceful, relaxing, and unlike any other hot springs we’ve visited. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My only wish is that we had stayed longer...

“Absolutely breathtaking views! We stayed here with our three boys and had such an amazing experience. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery. While we weren’t lucky enough to catch the volcano on a completely clear day, it was still worth every penny. We originally booked two nights and also stayed at Los Lagos, not realizing they are part of the same property. We honestly would have loved to extend our stay at the villas, but as you can imagine, they book up...

“Wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect view of Arenal volcano. On site they have a farm where kids can milk cows, have a small horse back ride and gather eggs from the hen house daily. The staff was incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. On the property are 4 hot spring pools to enjoy! Very safe property I let my 13 year old wander and explore. We also tried the on property spa and got massages, it was rustic but an excellent treatment”
