“While the lady at the desk was exceptional I had a few problems. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I’m 49 and my son is 26 and we both woke up with stiff backs. Also, we didn’t use them, but the extra blankets in the closet were obviously used and just tossed on the shelf. Also the fridge didn’t get very cold. I wouldn’t trust it to keep food safe.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. “Great staff! I wish I got the employees name who got us checked in and then I needed some help and he didn’t even hesitate to help with my World Cup parking. Really impressive. It’s close to shopping and a Starbucks and only about 10 minutes or so from the baseball and football stadiums so super convenient location.”
