“I was very pleased that it was a pet friendly property, but we checked in early, but supposedly it had already been cleaned. It smell clean and looked clean until you started walking and your feet were sticking to the floor and I took a shower and there is a hairball, which I left right there in the upper left corner of the shower on top of the shower surround and I had to purchase a mop and bucket to clean the floors so that I can walk around in my socks I want to turn on an air conditioner in...

“The host was uncommunicative once we checked in. I believe the host is AI or a corporation, not a human being. The main shower is awful. I was disappointed when I could not speak to a person. I requested additional towels, I got no acknowledgement or response.”

“Great cozy cottage for the Battenkill bike race. Fully stocked, great views and location. Wish the weather was better to really enjoy the out side fire pit and deck. Absolutely would recommend!”

“The house was perfect! Nice set up for us. Beds were comfy and it was just a few minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs and the tracks. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great couple of days. It was warm the day of out arrival so we were able to enjoy the deck which was very relaxing. The views were amazing every day, the waterfall was my best part.Thank you again Samantha and Chris for the use of your beautiful house”

“Beautiful, peaceful lake house experience was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Whether fishing from the canoe or swimming & playing on the water trampoline there was something for everyone. Fire pit in the evening was a favorite. Would definitely recommend.”
