“While I visited the pool area, there were no towels provided and no lounge chairs to lay in. There were regular chairs available though. Also, when utilizing the elevator after going to the pool area, I had gotten stuck between floors briefly. The staff had told me that they just got the elevator fixed. Apparently not well enough.
