“The room and property were clean, which I appreciated. We stayed here because my daughter was having knee surgery nearby. I had requested a first-floor room due to her surgery but was assigned a room on the 6th floor. With only one elevator and the ice machine on another floor, it was inconvenient while helping someone recover from surgery. The hot tub was disappointing.
