“Everything at the Kimpton was fantastic! The pool was great, the gym access was convenient, and the free coffee bar was amazing. There are no complaints about my stay. The only concern I have was that I was charged for a beverage from the mini bar in my room even though myself nor my roommates took anything. The receipt from my stay didn’t even detail which drink was allegedly missing, so this feels like a way that the hotel gets more money from their guests. If you don’t want to be charged for...

“On first sight the room was very clean and new right away I made the right choice to stay here. Hall way was clean, breakfast area very clean and breakfast was good enough and coffee was good and hot. Other travelers were well dressed and polite and friendly. The walk back from the baseball game was very safe, police presence was everywhere.”

“The room was very clean and well apointed. We stayed the night as we went to see a show, and this was a convenient location. It is located in the heart of downtown entertainment. Walkable to most of the major stadiums, Museums, and conference centers in the area. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Check in is a little late IMO, but we were able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Wish there was a pool on site, but other than that it was perfect.”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“The listing said that parking was NOT available at the property . I called to confirm and they told me that it is a private garage that is part of the building and costs $24/night . Luckily I called and asked . I had a rental car and needed parking . If I hadn’t callled , then I would have passed on the property because I needed parking . I literally reserved the property 30 minutes before I arrived . They send you a link that you have to complete . It’s like a check in type...

“front desk girls weren’t too professional and they seemed like they didn’t like their job. just seemed irritated by anyone who came up to them. it made the first impression pretty uncomfortable tbh. cafe staff was AMAZING.”

“Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful.”

“Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”

“Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.”

“Everything was great other than the fact that I informed that I would be arriving at 2. My room was not ready upon arriving at 3 (due to traffic). I was not given my room until 5. I had to rush to get ready for the plans I had. The bath tub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in my own filth as I showered. Pretty disappointing for a Marriot.”
