“This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. The pool is a nice temperature and the downstairs restaurant was very nice (atmosphere and taste) but the main restaurant was meh. I had heart issues one night and the staff at the hotel called...

“Avremmo dovuto avere una camera vista mare, come da prenotazione, ma non era disponibile. Hanno sbagliato con la consegna della chiave, per cui mi sono visto entrare un estraneo in camera. 4 stelle sono un po' troppe.”
