“The staff was good at helping. But the air in the room didn’t work and we have a big family. So moving is so hard.
The room wasn’t completely cleaned and this was after having to be assigned a new room because the original one wasn’t cleaned yet.
The pool was not heated as advertised. The hot tub was draining.
The elevators didn’t work properly. Took forever to get to us. And then upon leaving the elevators didn’t work. We were on 5th floor with heavy luggage so it was inconvenient....
