“It's was fairly clean and the staff was great”

“The floor appeared to be dirty, which was the only concern I had during my visit. Aside from that, everything seemed to be okay. The furniture was arranged neatly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring guests felt welcome. The lighting was bright yet soft, enhancing the overall ambiance. However, the state of the floor detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant experience, highlighting the need for better housekeeping.”

“Place is quiet and clean. Someone smoked next door and came into the vent of room so we ended up leaving early. ”

“Front desk overcharged me”

“Waited 15 minutes at the Reception disc until someone showed up to check me in. Staff are not so friendly. Rooms are not clean. There are insects and roaches on the floor and on the sink counter. This is not the first time I have bad experiences with this Hotel unfortunately it’s the only hotel in town so I had to stay in it again otherwise I wouldn’t approach it”

“We have stayed here many times as it is a halfway between nw Arkansas and the coast. It is no frills, but comfy, clean safe and so convenient. It is also very quiet and all campers always seem to be courteous. I have never had a bad experience here whatsoever.”

“The staff were great here. The person on check in and signing out were great with their customer service. Also the cleaning staff were very courteous and offered Mother's Day greetings. The staff even offered condolences when they learned we were in town attending a funeral. ”
