“This hotel served its purpose but is in serious need of renovation and maintenance from the ceiling fan in the bathroom to the bedding. Doesn’t appear that any money has been invested in years. The only reason to stay here is if cost is your only criteria.”

“The pool area was so great for my kids during a trip back to visit family and friends. It gave them something to be excited about during a long visit with lots of people they didn't know very well :) The hotel is beautiful for this price range. Some of the carpets were pretty worn but overall, it was stylish and very nice. The staff were all super helpful and friendly.”

“We got a room at great rate with an expedia deal. Given what we paid, we truly could not complain. Our room was clean and comfortable! The only negatives were that most games in the game room did not work (some not at all, and some took money and then didnt work). If you have a kiddo looking forward to that, it'll be pretty disappointing. Also our tv didn't work well. Breakfast was just fine considering it was free, but not spectacular. Coffee was good and always available!”

“Nice room etc, but staying 3 days ws had some heavy luggage and had to up atsep ataira to 2nd floor.. Juice machine was broken, and juice bottle in fridge was emptied first day and was not replaced, when asked , was told they didnt have any..yet Walmart was right next door. Very pleasant lady behind counter tho”

“Viaje familiar, no hay elevador, limpieza esta ok, desayuno esta ok, la habitación muy espaciosa, baños del cuarto limpios, limpieza del cuarto estaba bien, para otro viaje familiar y estar a las afueras de wis Dells tranquilos, si lo recomiendo.”

“Staff was friendly.The bartender, Kristi was amazing! It was a very short stay due to early flight but was very convenient to the airport. It’s a little run down but still comfortable”

“Only complaint was that no matter how hard my husband tried, he was unable to establish wi-fi connection. When he went to the front desk first assistance the first night, he felt the staff was unprofessional and borderline rude. When he asked for a manager he was told the manager would be in the morning. She stated there was nothings he could do about the wi-fi. The second night a different staff was on duty,he again asked for assistance and even brought his laptop downstairs. STILL NO WI-FI. ...

“Brand new facility, a but off the freeway but not too far. The Hochunk casino was less than a minute away, but I wouldn't recommend eating there.”

“It's a good hotel to stay at. Quiet and safe. It was also convenient for my purposes. However when I went to extend my stay beyond 25 days I was told it I could only stay for 28 days. So I had no choice but to book another hotel. Did not make me happy.”
