“The young man at check in was the best. He was very nice and helpful. After check in while first being in my room the TV would not change channels. I walked down to the front desk and asked him about it and he immediately offered to come to my room to fix the problem. He unplugged and replugged a cable from the cable system of the tv and fixed it like nothing. I do recommend your have staff fix the cable problem.
