“Really enjoyed our stay - it was a last minute getaway! Things I loved: Front desk staff was very nice. Historic lore. Elevator was ample sized. Bookshelves with books everywhere - halls, room - to borrow during stay. Room was nice size. Air conditioning was amazing. Beautiful new pedestal sink, well lit mirror and new high toilet. Nice towels, not scratchy and for the first time ever - actual toilet paper, not 1 ply institution tissue paper! Things I did not love: Front desk person make us...

We did as we were told however our room was never cleaned and when we asked the front desk they didn’t seem to care that we were upset. We asked for clean towels and at least they gave us that. We won’t stay here again.”
