“Pool wasn’t heated so it made the hot tub busy and over crowded. Everything else at the hotel was great. ”

“This hotel was clean and comfortable but overall my stay was very odd, which is why I'm giving a lower number of stars than I might normally give a Marriott hotel. First of all, the amount that i was charged does not match the amount on the receipt that I was emailed. It's about $30 more, and I'm assuming it's because I was charged for breakfast, even though I paid extra for a breakfast voucher. Also i tried to order a beverage at the bar, but the cocktail wasn't available on their POS system....

“Loved the coffee machine and the staff was so helpful especially the breakfast attendant Christine and front desk person Aaron. We loved our room but just wish it wasn’t right by the elevator. The staff was incredibly helpful with printing things for me for a presentation I was making during my stay. Overall we would stay again. ”

“Clean bedding, clean, microwave clean fridge. Everything worked really well if I had a problem, they were on top of it without any hassle.”

“Clean rooms and friendly staff. There is a strong perfume smell when you come in… when asked they said it was a combo of tea and lavender scents….. many people are severely allergic to lavender, it surprises me that there would use it.”

“My fiancé was accused of being a prostitute while staying there as I was paying for her stay while she's visiting our daughter. So yet the review is horrible. They accused her of being a prostitute because they think she had too much foot traffic. And it was only her grandfather and her stepdad, showing up and a few the food order of being delivered to her.So, yes, I rate this as a horrible hotel, with a horrible people running that management”

“LOVE this hotel - possibly the most comfy bed ever and the fireplace in the room is so nice. The area is my favorite in Eugene. Highly recommend breakfast next door at the market. The only small thing I would say is I’m always a little bummed to see single use plastic toiletries in this day and age. So unnecessary and so incredibly wasteful. Extra surprising in a town like Eugene. But lovely hotel other than that. ”

“I could not figure out the AC. I did not sleep well the room was hot and the light on the Ac/Heat thermostat stayed on all night. There was no air vent in the bathroom so when showering everything was drenched with moisture. ”
