“Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!”

“Comfy beds, and wonderful laundry facilities. A wide range of TV programmes on Foxtel, for whatever mood you’re in. My only problem was no yoghurt at breakfast time- otherwise the perfect stay.”

“I had a lovely time at Wallacia hotel, staff were all lovely, bed was super comfortable, room was clean. Flooring not the greatest (old), but overall a nice stay.”

The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a...
