“Amazing”

“The Hot tub was ice cold When I complained about it, the staff was rude to me, and all they would do to fix the problem was to have someone "look into it" It was late after a long day of travel. I told the staff that this was unacceptable, and that I expected a full refund so I could find a different hotel with a functional hot tub. The staff refused, and the hotel management refused to compensate me in any way. I guess Best Western is desperate for every booking they can manage to secure.”

“Comfortable and clean rooms. Swimming pool could be cleaner and hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet choices are a bit limited.”

“Its not a destination sorta hotel. The traffic could be heard but wasnt as bad as it could have been after 10pm’ish. Was it the right price to sleep & shower- yes.”

“Very limited parking, have to park early evening or you won't have a spot for the night, small basis pool that is extremely echoey. Hard to be in the area if multiple people are in the pool. Especially kids. Rooms were small, but did the job. Bathroom was small but works, tub is very narrow and tight. Water pressure and shower head was good. Room had a small fridge and microwave. Overall a decent stay if your looking for a basic stay and smaller beds.”

“The property looked clean and inviting from the outside. Inside was a different story. The room was very dark, dingy and very dirty … old dirt in corners… not just from a previous tenant. Thick dirt jammed into corners of wall and door jam in bathroom, hair from previous customers in two places of bathroom, blood on half used toilet paper roll (not just one one sheet but smeared on the flat side of the roll), blood on bathroom door, shower curtain (bath side of shower curtain was filthy with...
