“Room was neat and tidy and staff were very helpful. Amazing location, mere steps away from the lifts. They have bike/ski storage in a locked communal room, which is a huge bonus. We were pleasantly surprised by our enjoyment of the hotel given its affordable price point. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The beds were comfortable and the bedroom was a good size. The kitchen was nice but lacked basic cooking essentials. It only had one pot, one frying pan, and was missing items like a strainer, serving ustensiles, pots etc making it difficult to prepare meals. The dining table also only had two chairs, even though the unit sleeps four. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but there was only one staff member working in the evening. “We enjoyed our stay and the location was nice and central. In order to get a 5 star review, please include that private bathrooms are not in each room and that the only bathroom option is shared bathroom. I booked this expecting a private bathroom. My husband and I recommend renovating and making some of the rooms have a private bathroom with shower. We would love to come again if you provide a private washroom next time! Also it was very hot in the room. No fan or ac provided.”

When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests. “Absolutely disgusting. Bugs crawling all over the room, very old, and not clean. The front desk staff was also extremely rude and unprofessional. If you’re looking to save a few bucks, it’s not worth it. Just spend the extra money on another accommodation. Do not recommend!!”
