“As I told, at the check in the receptionist asked me to show another credit card (the room had been payed). In the night, as I saw in the morning, they charged me on this second card for another room, not mine.”

“Really good stay and what you expect! Staff are polite and attentive, rooms are a good size and comfortable, well decorated and with the right level of facilities (would like a TV that supports Apple). Food was excellent and free car parking ”

“Brilliant find. Stayed here for one night as son was passing out at pirbright, but service was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in room 59. Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful.”

“Un pub con camere in struttura separata dal pub (pochi metri). Le camere sono abbastanza ampie e con ottima dotazione: macchina per espresso, bollitore e minibar con birra, acqua e latte. Comodo parcheggio di fronte alle camere. Molto buono il cibo sia per la colazione che per i pasti principali, e ovviamente ottima la birra. Il punto di forza resta comunque il personale, sempre disponibile e impegnato a fare sentire il cliente a casa propria, complimenti a tutti!”

“The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept reasonably well. Could have done with better sound proofing as we could hear next door snoring all night and talking otherwise no problems ”
