Questa cabina di 2 fav sf per 2 piani con riscaldamento centralizzato ha una pianta aperta con soffitto a volta e 3 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni in totale di cui 2 MASTER SUITES e un soppalco. Completamente ristrutturato con legno duro in tutta la grande sala, sala da pranzo e cucina. La cucina dispone di contatori in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e doppi forni. Piastrelle in tutti i bagni. 1 ° camera da letto principale si trova al piano principale con un letto matrimoniale e ha accesso privato sul ponte. Questo bagno principale dispone di doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Seconda camera da letto principale è al piano di sopra, anche con un letto matrimoniale. Questo bagno ha una combinazione doccia-vasca. 3a camera da letto è al piano superiore con un letto a castello matrimoniale e doppio (può ospitare 4 in questa stanza). Loft ha un divano letto matrimoniale, doppio futon, biliardino, air hockey e mini tavolo da biliardo. Barbecue a carbonella disponibile tutto l'anno per gli ospiti. Nice cabin.

We were very happy to stay at the cabin. It is very good. There are good quality kitchen appliance, plates cups. We were able to find everything that we need and even more. Thank you for extra salt ,seasoning and all the stuff that you usually forget to bring. It was very clean. Very big place and we enjoyed. There are a lot of games for kids. We enjoy staying there.

Squirrel’s Nest

Great location, easy access. Beautiful home. Very clean overall though some dishes/cookware needed washing before use. Would have liked more room for trash, 2 bags full for a full house isn’t quite enough. Enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have a checkout of 11:00 vs 10:00. We made it out but it was kind of hectic. For the price 11:00 doesn’t seem unreasonable.Thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very nice. It is advertised as sleeping 11, but that is a bit of a stretch. Fortunately only 7 of were able to come and it was perfect for 7. I am not sure but maybe one of the couches made out into a bed. The kitchen was modern and well equiped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms. Everything was clean except the sheets on one of the beds had not been washed and smelled of BO. But inspite of that I highly recommend it. It was very quiet and peaceful there. Very little traffic going by and it was a holiday week.

Great Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house/cabin for 3 couples; each of us had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen is big and very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking in it. The living area is very open with a comfortable sectional and a nice conversation area with two comfy chairs in front of the cozy fireplace. There was a small visual safety issue on the stairs that could be fixed with simply placing a small area carpet on the area, 2 cleaning/maintenance issues, and only one outdated hairdryer, but after our trip, all were reported to the owners for future renters. These did NOT affect our enjoyment of this beautiful property!!! Wonderful location for walking in the neighborhood, too! We'll be back!

Everything was as described, the house was clean, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. if you will be cooking. The house is light and bright inside with large windows and plenty of space both inside and out. The location was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and chose this property because we have friends in the same neighborhood.The vacation rental management staff was exceptional, great communication, very helpful and responsive from booking through checkout!Definitely recommend The Squirrel’s Nest and Dorrington Realty/Sierra Vacation Rentals. I, personally, can’t wait to go back.

It was pretty hot out but the house cooled down well and the agency bought two fans when we asked if there would be any. The layout is really nice and the kitchen is really well equipped. Make sure you go to Dorrington Realty for the keys. I went to Big Trees in Arnold at first because that was the original confirmation. You also have to make your own beds which might surprise people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the cabin location and layout. Not happy about the closet situation. The master bedroom had no closet to use. No where to hang clothes, put shoes, store luggage. I had to hang my clothes in the utility closet. I know this is the owners right but they are not taking the renters into consideration. Also the throw rugs and area rug under the couch are a nuisance. You trip on them all the time. The seat covers on the dining chairs are a joke. They come off all the time. The cleaning needs to be done more thoroughly. The carpet under the couch and behind the chest looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. The patio lights were out but the management company fixed them right away. Sheila was very nice and helpful but I think the owners need to update some things.

Fantastic Snow & Ski Getaway!

We had a wonderful week at Squirrel's Nest! It had plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We really appreciated the garage and that the neighborhood had plowing services. We were able to drive up to Bear Valley 3 days straight to ski and go tubing.

Our 3-Day Weekend Stay at Squirrels Nest

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 couples staying here and the house was wonderful for us! The description of the house was accurate. It was clean and well-maintained. We had everything that we needed. The management provided good customer service. A couple of our people went cross-country skiing at Bear Valley. We were able to take some nice walks around the neighborhood. We have been to Snowshoe restaurant and always enjoy their beer and food. Appreciated the fireplace! It's not far from the Big Trees State Park, which we have been to and enjoyed.
