The apartment is located in a well maintained premium complex in the heart of Goa surrounded by lush green ,and yet as one steps outside the complex one is welcomed by buzzing Goan shops ,eateries and fun activities .

***ADDITIONAL SERVICES ***

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
-Our housekeeping staff will clean the property on a daily basis
-Linen /towels are changed once in 3 days

***COOK ON CALL***
Our cook can prepare breakfast /meals in case guests prefer that at an additional cost
Costs differ based on the number of guests,menu and dishes

***CAR /BIKE RENTAL SERVICE***
We also provide assistance to guests who require a rental car/scooty at an additional cost
Other things to note
HOUSEKEEPING*
We offer once-a-day housekeeping which is included in the tariff paid. between the window of 10am -12pm or 3 to 5pm

The housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms along with re-bedding.

In case you would like to get the vessels cleaned ,there is an additional cost of 200 per wash which should be paid to the housekeeping staff prior to getting the job done

Please note that in case there are used vessels that have to be washed ,on the day of check out ,it is chargeable at Rs 200/- even after the guest checks out

Sheets /towels are changed once in 3 days.

***SWIGGY /ZOMATO/INSTAMART DELIVERIES ***
All items purchased from Swiggy/Instamart /Zomato maybe collected from the security cabin at the entrance of the complex .These delivery services are not permitted inside the premises for
safety reasons.

***SWIMMING POOL RULES***
It is compulsory to wear proper swim wear before entering the pool
Drinking ,smoking ,eating and playing loud music is not permitted near and around the pool
There is a fine of 2500/- for breaking rules

****CLEANLINESS IN THE PROPERTY****
The property has to be kept clean at all times as we follow high standards in maintaining our premium properties.
