Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, knowing you're just minutes from the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, beautiful Avila, Pismo and Oceano beaches, and premier Edna Valley wine adventures.

    Home Highlights & Amenities:
    - Spacious Sleeping Accommodations: Five beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is a master ensuite (king bed), jr. suite ensuite (queen bed), and three additional bedrooms (each with a queen bed). Plus, two (2) twin rolling beds can be requested. There is a total of 7 beds (when the twin rolling beds are requested before arrival). There is a total of 3-1/2 bathrooms.

    - Gourmet Kitchen: A true chef-grade kitchen featuring high-end appliances and a stunning wood-block island, opening onto the expansive great room—perfect for socializing.

    - Living Spaces: Enjoy downtime in the formal living room or gather in the great room overlooking the outdoor entertaining deck.

    - Work & Convenience: Stay productive with a dedicated two-person home office complete with a printer.

    - Full Laundry Center: Stay fresh between beach adventures with a full laundry center, clothes washing soap included.

    - Outdoor Entertaining: The large, private deck is equipped with a natural gas BBQ, offering a fantastic space to dine al fresco and enjoy the peaceful, tree-lined view.

    - Parking: Secure your vehicles easily with a 2-car parking garage.

    Important Guest Information:
    Check-in Requirement: Prior to code activation, the name and phone number of every person age 18 and over must be provided. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the rental with no refund of unused nights or security deposit.

    Climate Control: This property does not have air conditioning.

    Security: External security cameras (such as a Ring) monitor the front door, garage, and back deck.

    Pets: The owner will consider one (1) dog, under 45 pounds, non-shedding. There is a non-refundable pet fee.

A great family visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, with nice furnishings and great beds. We enjoyed the deck and had several meals outside. The property management company was very responsive to anything we needed.

I would not recommend this property to others. I understand having outdoor surveillance for security reasons, but was very surprised to find they were actually watching us! My husband brought our dog out to the back of the house and he accidentally peed on the deck. Yes, our bad. My husband immediately went in to grab water to wash it off. It made me uncomfortable when they then texted me a picture of my husband and dog on the back deck, saying they had seen what happened.Another issue was the dirty bath water leaking from the second floor bathroom through a light fixture to the kitchen sink on the first floor. It wasn’t a drip.. it was a constant stream. And this must have been an ongoing issue as the wall in that area was warped and the paint coming off.Lastly, this home is listed as a 5 bedroom. The “fifth bedroom” is a finished area on the bottom floor. There is no door.. there is no privacy.. and even Redfin shows the home as a 4 bedroom. It’s fine if you want to say there are 5 beds in the home, but you should be more transparent about the space.
