“Location, location, location! We were in town visiting family and chose this property because it was nearby their home. Little did we know how great the area was. Lots of shops, places to eat and green space for the kids to stretch their legs. Would absolutely recommend.”

“The sheets on our pullout bed were dirty and it holes in them. That’s where my kids slept. It was 11 o’clock at night and we couldn’t not get new sheets because there was no one available.”

“The room was a nonsmoking room, but all of our clothes smell like stale smoke. Our refrigerator did not work. We told the staff upon arrival, and they said someone would look at it. Never happened. There were 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, and the towels were small and thin. The best part of the room was the shower. The water was hot and the pressure really good. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. We would probably not stay there again.”

“The place I usually stay (Fairfield by Marriott) was sold out, so I picked this one (ESA) as a back up for one night, bc it was close by. Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe. “The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. To make matters worse, the bathroom has a skylight with a glass wall that divides the bedroom therefore we had...

“I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. It was clean. The kitchenette has up to date appliances. It would be great if they had a vending machine instead of the expensive side store. It was ok because there is a gas station across the street. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I would stay here again”
