“Evers House is a beautiful historic home. Our room had high ceilings and original hardwood floors. The bed was super comfortable, the ac worked great, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels, quiet and private. We loved the breakfast in the picnic basket by our door every morning, the shady front porch, and hanging out by the fire pit under the big oak tree. “Extremely clean. Loved the rooftop sitting area. We were so happy to have a hot tub that was actually hot. There does need to be a step for entry. It was a bit difficult for me to get in. It would also be nice to have path lights. It was a very dark walk to the place at night. There is no tv, but that's ok because we were there only one night. We would definitely go back. It is a beautiful, secluded property very close to downtown. Communication with the owner was excellent. ”

“Great place to stay just out of town.”

“Spent 2 nights and am very glad we found this hotel. We were very comfortable. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was great. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. The community was fun with great restaurants and things to see. We are planning on making Fredericksburg a stopping point when traveling from coast to coast. We will definitely return to the hotel.”
