“Our room was supposed to be two queens. They were out of rooms for several people in the lobby that had bookings. Our son had to sleep on floor, and there was no shower curtain or rod for that matter. Had to put towels on the ground to keep from flooding. Receptionists was great in lobby and not her fault. Felt sorry for what she had to deal with. Won’t be staying there again.”

“Breakfast is lacking in choices. Beds and pillows are very firm and uncomfortable. ”

“The beds were comfortable, always my first concern. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple cleanliness issues. The coffee pot in the room was dirty, so we didn’t use it. The shower curtain was too short, so we ended up with water everywhere. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect, there was an omelet bar, the ingredients looked fresh, but I didn’t try it, so can’t speak to how well it was done.”

“I liked that it was cheaper than most. It smelled not that good. Prob should get rid of the hottub and do a few improvements on the establishment inside and out. Other than its cheaper than most. It needs a lot of improvements and I WONT be staying there again unfortunately. Unless it gets a little TLC. If you know what I mean”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”

“Only issue was loud Harley guys need to rev their bikes every couple hours. Hosts were great.”

“Electric black out curtain did not work! Room was on the street side and shopping mall parking lot lights were a nuisance. ”

“*Excellent customer service. *The room was clean. *The breakfast was delicious. *Nice pool and gym. **When we arrived, our bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper and the body wash bottle was empty. **Overall, a very nice stay. ”

“Breakfast is pretty standard, waffles, yogurt, muffins, sausage and eggs. Coffee was great. My room was a handicap room and in rough shape. Something splattered on the wall by the bed, big stains on carpet and chair, deadbolt didn’t lock and toilet ran all night. It’s not the worst place I have ever slept in. Needs some work”
