Hotel vicino a Basalt Cellars Winery - Clarkston

“I've stayed here numerous times, and never been dissatisfied. The hotel overlooks the Snake River and mooring docks for one of the major river cruise lines. Very interesting. No significant negatives. I would note that the bathrooms are small.”

“Room was clean. Breakfast was great but the staff need a lot more training. It took five minutes to check me out just to buy some cookies. Also my room cards stopped working twice so that was very frustrating but other than that the property was great.”

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”

“When we drove in the clerk took notice of our handicap status and offered us a 1st floor room because their elevator was out of commission. We very much appreciated that. The mattress was quite soft but didn't seem to be a problem for us at all. We liked the sitting area in our room. There were enough plug-ins. The coffee and hot water pots were empty in the evening. At breakfast the waffle machine, the juice machine and the heat under the sausages were all not working. The price is good.”

“Room was clean but very outdated which is no biggie. Only thing for breakfast was waffles (about 4 or 5 people in line).One of the housekeeper's was carrying around her baby while working and I believe she was staying in the room across from me. People out in the parking lot were scary looking kind of zombieish. I wouldn't want to stay there by myself and we won't be back.”

“Construction started at 7 am I stayed 3 days and that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was disappointing. Floors in my room seemed dirty my socks turned black. Things will get better when completed. Priced reasonably through Expedia.”
