“Did not have their breakfast, although it looked good. It's too early in the season to have the outdoor pool open. This was partially a business trip, so the convenient location was helpful. ”

“The man working the front desk seemed to be the only person working there, period. He was very friendly but understandably overwhelmed. Our room wasn’t ready for check in until 7:30pm (check in at 3:00). Hair in shower, on sheets. Breakfast severely neglected despite having someone assigned. Many patrons were searching cupboards for cups and utensils and it seems they ran out of coffee cups…how??! ”

“Solid breakfast with lots of choices. EV charging available (for a fee) for both NACS and J1772. Cookies at 8pm. Get there before they disappear. Very pet friendly. ”

“Everything that I had read and pictures that I saw were NOT included with the amenities. I booked a room online with a couch and got an even smaller room. My daughters and I wanted to go swimming and was told they no longer have an indoor pool just the one outdoor, ok not a problem until we went to go use the pool/ hot tub and it was disgustingly dirty. Then woke up to go downstairs and have our complementary breakfast and was told the restaurant serves breakfast until 11. I asked about the...

“Totally pet friendly, but the walls and floors were paper thin. Way too many disturbances based on the other rooms doors closing. ”

“The hotel is being updated i think, not to sure only half of it was open. One door in and one door out for the whole place. The room was clean but not finished renovating there was NO PLATE ON THE PLUG IN so if you have small child please check that out or even for yourselves in the dark. Air conditioner was like a jet plane going through the room. Only one staff out cleaning parking lot when we arrived waited.... As for breakfast there was NONE but it says complimentary, looks like there should...

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
