“The staff at the Novotel Bengaluru was amazing! they were helpful and very aware as they serviced the various clients at the restaurant, the front desk and the terrace on the top of the hotel. They were so attentive and kind. Bhavna, Anshad , sweetie, Chanchal and Hari Om made our stay at the Novotel very pleasant and enjoyable. “Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area.”
