“The private island is stunning, but the service was inconsistent. It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. While some staff members were exceptionally friendly and prompt, others were unfortunately slow and lacked urgency.”

“Breakfast was mid, but the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so kind and caring, I never had an issue that they couldn’t solve. Everyone is so friendly and I loved talking to them. Some of the in room amenities could be better (i.e. my mini fridge wasn’t working and my shower kept leaking water), but it honestly wasn’t much of an issue. The location was pretty good too, although I do think the exact walking times to the beaches were overstated, it is a bit longer than what’s on Expedia, but it...

“We only had breskfast twice as we went off-site to Eduardo's for acai bowls. But the breakfasts we did have were very good - eggs, avocado toast and fresh fruit. We generally eat light in the mornings so this breakfast is excellent on your travel day home to fill up. The wait staff are very efficient and friendly. No spa treatments so i cannot comment.”
