Ottima struttura con servizi quali wifi, piscina, palestra, ristorante. E' un ottima soluzione per passare qualche giorno di relax dopo un safari. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità eccellente della struttura. Consigliato.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Good facilities and location. Only complaint is the quality of sleep wasn’t great. The windows/doors aren’t very sound proof and the air conditioning in the room seems to loudly turn itself on throughout the night.

Nice Enough But…
The Kibo Palace is a nice enough hotel but i think overpriced. it was noisy the night I stayed thanks to a band playing poolside and there was virtually no water pressure in the shower. After weeks on safari, it was a disappointment not to enjoy a god shower.

Our first exposure was one of rudeness by the reception staff. No welcome or hello, just passports please. Apparently, she could not immediately find our booking and was “very put out”. She took our confirmation and after pointing out how much we paid for the room to another staff member, disappeared with no explanation to another room. Upon return with a disgusted attitude gave us a room key. Upon entering the room, we did not find any towels, glasses, or coffee for the morning. The rest of the staff has been wonderful, especially the bell hop and restaurant staff.

Kibo Palace is my ‘go to’ place in Arusha. They have recently renovated and it’s beautiful. Staff is friendly, and rooms are air conditioned.

The hotel is in a great location close to the city center but it's still secluded, private, and very safe. The staff was very attentive and promptly responded to my request. However, the refrigerator in the room didn't work and CNN was frozen on the television.

Not a bad hotel - terrible customer service
After an exhausting climb up Kilimanjaro - we hoped for a touch of luxury in this mountain. After experiencing such amazing hospitality on the mountain we were thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. I regret choosing this hotel - everything was at an extortionate cost. We spent every night eating and drinking at the hotel and the level of customer service is not what you expect given the cost you are paying to stay at the hotel. My advice would be to avoid this hotel.

Was a very nice room. Bed was amazing, very comfortable. Room had great space. The shower was a little small. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel and it's staff were fantastic they couldn't do enough for you. We were booked in for 2 days before we went on safari we liked it so much we booked in again when we got back.We didn't have a good safari experience and were quite I'll when we got back everybody from the manager to all the staff we were so helpful giving us remedies to make us better. The manager even arranged his friend to pick us up from the airport in Dar es salaam. Would definitely recommend this hotel and was glad I did from the internet. Will stay again!!..Caroline

Best In Arusha
This seems to be the best hotel in Arusha. Great service and a solid 4 Star Hotel. As always, the most important thing for me is a comfortable bed with comfortable pillows and that was great.

Great location
Very nice staff. The facilities are excellent. I had stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy with my experience so I decided to return and didn't regret!

ok but not for the money. Better hotels for $
Watch extra fees they put on at check out. Pool is small. Food is good. Hotel griunds very small. Locals hang out directly outside by gate looking for money.

A very good hotel
Very comfortable, very friendly but efficient staff. There is a large pool, nice garden and an excellent and relatively cheap restaurant. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anybody.

Kibo Palace Pleases
I had a very good stay at the Kibo Palace Hotel. The dinner meu is good; although the buffet is way over-priced at 44,000 Tz Shillings - double what a simple main course dinner would cost. Breakfast choices are always good. service at all meal times and around the pool was good, too. the only down-side was no internet access in my 2nd floor room; I had to go down to the lobby to get internet access.

The internet speed has been a challenge and we are in the process of having this rectified. The hotel has pulled in a fibre cable direct and are in discussions with several providers who will ensure that internet complaints become a thing of the past. Great place close to town
I stayed for seven nights. The hotel is perfect the staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. I highly recommend it and I will happily stay there again.

An African Surprise
This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a full meal including made to order omelets. The room was clean, had nice amenities and had turn down service in the evening, complete with a homemade sugar cookie! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel, reasonable rates, great breakfast. Room 322 had some issues but easily fixed
