“The bath linens were not cleaned properly and also there was no tissue or even an ironing board available in the room, No Ice was available. The service was not good for the price of the hotel. I was not comfortable and was not happy with the hotel accommodations. The stay was not good for me. ”

“Staff wasn't helpful and I was forced to check out because I had no towels none. they would take my dirty towels and left me with no clean ones. I couldn't shower after a long day at work and 3 different occasions I asked and was never accommodated. I had to check out at 9pm because I couldn't get any towels therefore I couldn't shower”

L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. “A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. “Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. ”

“We stayed here for my daughters' dance competition, which was at a local high school nearby, and one thing I can say about this area is that there is sooooo much shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. The location was fantastic and very convenient for everything we needed. We primarily chose this hotel because they start serving breakfast at 6 AM, whereas many hotels either start at 7 AM or don’t offer breakfast at all. “They allow pets which is great if you need that but annoying if you don’t. The bathroom needed repair and the bedding wasn’t great. Honestly would not stay here again.”

I did notice some small holes on the curtains along stains from wear and tear inside mini fridge, bathroom and light fixtures… did this ruin my trip? Absolutely not. “The staff was nice. However, there had been a fire in the hotel the night before I got there. None of the fire alarms were in working order. And due to the fire, no breakfast was served, even though that was supposed to be part of the price. The bathroom had peeling paint. The floor felt gross.
