We are surprised, however, at your grievance regarding the staff. Our staff (dining room, reception, etc.) is perfectly organized and made up of young and experienced staff who are distinguished by their strong Guest orientation, courtesy, professionalism, reliability, and commitment to their work on a daily basis. Upon arrival, the Staff provides useful information about the location of the room; in addition, various signs with detailed directions are posted in the hotel. In case the Customer reports unclear information or any other issues, we provide prompt assistance.Finally, even with regard to information about the area, our staff is always available to provide useful advice.
