“I had a pretty great stay here but there are a few things I’d love to share that I saw other reviewers mentioned as well. For whatever reason our room did not have a functional AC unit, we had to inform the lobby and they instructed us they put in a ticket to get someone to turn it on however no one ever came or repaired it, the room was 71 degrees throughout our entire stay. “Loved everything about this place, from the beach reads left in our room, to the warm staff (go Neal!) to the best turkey club I've ever had in my life. The location can't be beat, onsite spa was lovely, and overall, just truly a stunning stay. 11 out of 10 would recommend.”
