However, it was the actual room the made our experience extra special. Neat, modern, and perfect! Everything down to the luxurious smelling soaps, soft linens, and fantastic view made our stay unforgettable. ”

“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”
