“Old Motel, The Room was very Clean.. I would stay again!”

“Coming to Belmar for the first time and expecting a quaint little hotel. Instead, we were welcomed with the lovely scent of cigarettes and run down everything. From the lobby to the 10x10 room for $235 a night, everything was a disappointment. Pool was not in working order and completely emptied. If I ever return to Belmar, I will definitely not be staying at this property.”

“Do not book this motel. Our window was broken for the duration of the trip, which was addressed at arrival. We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. Someone ended up climbing in through our window at 7am, which is when we discovered the window didn’t even lock. Police were called and they talked to the staff about getting someone to come and fix the window. Our window was broken for our entire weekend trip. This situation actually took up most of our 4th of July....

“When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". I don't understand why it was not taken seriously or maybe call someone to fix the issue. I wish I could get a partial refund because even taking a shower was an issue. So bad.”

“Very misleading hotel. Tiki bar, restaurant and pool bathroom are closed for repair, but didn't see any repair going on. Room was dirty, staff was not welcoming or informative at all, pool was dirty and freezing cold. No pool maintenance in the 3 days we were there. Hotel carpets are dirty and stained in the hallways. Worst trip ever, couldn't wait to go home. This hotel is charging double of what it should be charging. Beach across the street are not clean. Saw garbage and a hypodermic needle....

“The room was average. The bathroom had mold in the shower. I had to call maintenance to come and clean it with bleach. The bathroom had no towel bars, so I had to hang my wet towels and washcloth over the chair. I had to move the iron to another outlet in the room, but after all of the water spilled out of it because the iron shut off. The pillows were uncomfortable and so was the bed. Overall, 1/5 stars.”

“il Buoy16 Motel è una piccola struttura vicinissima al mare ed in particolare al parco giochi di Seaside Heights. Il posto ha una lunghissima spiaggia, ben tenuta e sorvegliata. Una marea di negozietti con articoli da spiaggia e cibo. Il Motel ha stanze piccole, mal arredate ... molto deludenti. Sorpresa principale: non è prevista la pulizia in camera. “I have been to this location/hotel several times and we really like it here. Its only 3 miles to the beach,its clean,they have a great breakfast and free bottled water at the desk. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is super comfortable with a nice size tv. This is our go to jersey shore hotel”
