“Stayed 2 days in May 2026 Very noisy neighbor, went to office needed a different room, young man in office said he'd speak to the room next door.....i said please don't just move me.....the way the world is today, fear of retribution from neighbor....I'm an older woman alone, neighbor a big man in 40's (i was staying 2 nights).....the neighbor was staying 1 night! The noisy neighbor never stopped, i called office and asked again to change room, which he finally did.......but it shoukd have been...

“My family and I stayed for 5 nights and we really were impressed with the property. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Room was spacious and well thought out. Will definitely stay again.”

“The room was clean. The bathroom was extremely small. The front screen door couldn’t close. The bed was super soft - hard to get a goods night sleep. Parking was alright tight spaces. The staff on call was excellent helpful in answering questions and polite. All in all it was good for the money spent if just spending limited time. Like they say you get what you pay for!! We stayed only one night!”

“I do not recommend this place due to cleanliness issues. The sheets were not changed—it looked like they had merely made the bed. Furthermore, the television was not working, and the bathtub was dirty. Do not let the low price be your deciding factor when booking a hotel; pay the going rate—even if it is a bit expensive—and be sure to check the reviews and star ratings. Thank you; that is my humble opinion”

“The pictures online for the brooms are trash. They look nothing like it and a quarter of the size. Hot water is only hot for about 15 minutes. They triple charged my debit card. For the room when it was paid for online. No refund and let me make this clear.! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. If they do it to get your money and never answer the phone again.”

“My husband and I stayed overnight and we had a great time. We plan to come back during the summer. Great location and we were near many restaurants and had great views. ”

“The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!”
