“Room wasn’t ready to check in until almost 8pm, hair dryer didn’t work, elevators were dirty and some lights didn’t work, roach in the bathroom.”

Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”
