Resort e hotel con spa in New Jersey

“Ho scelto questa struttura perchè avevo soggiornato 5 anni fà. Lo standard è diminuito e nulla è stato fatto o implementato da allora. La manutenzione è scarsa; rubinetti non funzionanti, mobili con segni evidenti di usura, sedie e divani con segni di usura. Inoltre la pulizia viene fatta solo su richiesta. ”

“Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful.”

“My kids loved this hotel and the rooms are a great size.We stayed a Wednesday to a Friday, Thursday morning there was a sign on the pool that it was closed until further notice. When I asked the front desk about it, the gentleman was extremely rude. I heard other guests asking about the pool also, and he was short, unkind and irritated at everyone. We booked this hotel for the pool and we were given no details. On Friday when it was opened the pool and hot tub were freezing.”

“Had a corner room with balcony facing south and a window east so saw sunrise and sunset. Weather cooperated and Long Beach walks. Breakfast was fresh, bountiful and delicious. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel without reservation ”

“The property itself was great. However I left my wedding band there and reported it approximately 2 hours after check out and of course no one saw it. From check out I went straight home no stops. ”

“La camera era pulita. Personale simpatico e disponibile. La colazione buona,peccato tutti i giorni sempre le stesse cose. La lavanderia attrezzata peccato che su 5 lavatrici solo 3 erano funzionanti e sotto Natale,con l'hotel pieno di gente era difficile trovare posto per lavare la roba. Nel complesso lo consigli assolutamente perchè vicinissimo alla Path”
