“Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns...

“Great place to stay! Loved my stay and was close to perfect until the last minute. Requested late check up due to late flight the day after my arrival. All was well until I come in from the pool card deactivated so went to the desk and the guy was extremely rude. Escorted me to my room to tell me they have shut down the rooms due to construction in sprinkler heads. Was very pushy for me to leave immediately when I had 2+ more hours before my planned departure per an additional charge....

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“My family usually does not visit this area, but it was the chosen hotel for an event and it suited that purpose really well. The event room was very nice. The outside pool turned out to be lovely (nicer than we realized, once we got in the water we appreciated the canopy of trees). The suite was very eclectic - like something from the set of the 1968 film "2001: A Space Odyssey " - but spacious and with a very nice king bed. Parking was a challenge because the place is really popular for events.”

“Very good experience here at this hotel. The place was very nice and clean. The staff was amazing! They were very nice and courteous. Any request or questions were answered in the nicest and most helpful way possible. Definitely recommendable.”
