Case in affitto a Ashaway

“This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“House was very functional and has great outdoor space.”

“Lovely home with a fabulous pool! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to museums, shops, and beaches. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.”

“The house was very clean, charming and relaxing.”

“We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. I messaged the property manager our observations after our stay and they seemed very appreciative...

“Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. The house had lots of outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy. Loved the town beach pass available. It made accessing the beach easy in the summer months.”

“The house is adorable and the location is perfect.”

“Super short stay but welcoming, clean and convenient for location”

“A wonderful place to stay — thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, and clearly designed with real care and attention to detail”

“The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) The grounds are immaculate. The pond was full of...

“We stay in a lot of Vrbos and feel this home was lacking. We’ve never had to provide our own sheets & towels (a pain if flying). No soap provided for the showers. Only a half a roll of toilet paper provided. Outlets that didn’t work. Two front porch lights either burned out or not working, which was challenging given how dark the property was at night. Other bulbs in the house also burned out. The one positive: the property was quiet.”

“All aspects of our stay were excellent!”

“Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!”

“Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

“The location was great for a wedding in Stonington and free time in mystic. The house was like stepping back in history! Everywhere one looked there was another intriguing antique to enjoy. Our family really enjoyed our stay and the opportunity to stay together in such a wonderful house”

“We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The game room, hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus and kept everyone entertained when we were at the house. The hosts were very kind and responsive anytime we reached out. We loved how close we were to mystic village and the aquarium.”

“Loved our stay, beautifully decorated inside and out. Conveniently located and so much within walking distance.”

“This was an amazing property. They definitely take care of the place and take care of their guests. Hospitality was second to none. Trying to find an excuse to come back. Thanks for everything ”
