“The room was clean and updated. The only issue was that there was a lot of humidity in the room because it did not have an exhaust fan. otherwise the room was great and the area was very quiet.”

“was initially assigned room 202, but the door would not open, so I was given room 203. After lying down, I moved the pillow and found a cockroach, exactly as shown in the attached geo-locatable photos. I immediately went downstairs to complain. I was asked if I wanted a refund, but I declined because it was late, my luggage was already unpacked, and I just wanted to sleep. Instead, I was offered 15 USD. “Clean room but could use better, cleaner towels and sheets. Staff is wonderful”

“Clean. A little outdated. Staff were not super friendly. But answered questions. A lot of foot traffic; we were awakened several times each night with people knocking / banging on the hotel door. Had our granddaughter with us. So that was concerning”

“The room was clean, and well maintained, only thing to say that would improve it is removing the carpet. It was so humid and the the carpet and a/c smelled musty. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was standard, cereal, bagels, juice and milk . Overall we would stay again and price was good value.”

“The ladies that worked the front desk and breakfast area were fantastic! Room was clean. Nice water pressure. Breakfast was delicious! Hot and cold breakfast options (yes - hot, she made us fresh bacon!) Short drive to President William Jefferson Clinton birthplace historic site.”

“Receptionist was awesome when I checked in! Room was clean and decent, some mold in the shower area. Everything else in the room was good and bed was comfy. They had ZERO water to purchase or in their cooler which sucked. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast with eggs, pretty tasty”

“My list of grievances... The room was "non smoking" but reeked of smoke. There was a dog barking in the room next to us , event though it said no pets. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The hair dryer didn't work and they said they didn't have another one. The dead bolt on the door did not work. The shower tub coating was peeled off and the tub handle was moldy. The only positives was the water pressure and the ice machine worked.”
