“When we arrived, I genuinely thought we were at the wrong location due to the condition of the shared front and back yards. The areas were littered with toys, trash, and various household items. I even recalibrated my GPS and drove around the block trying to find the correct place. First impressions mattered, and this was concerning, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area.Inside, there were multiple issues. The stove did not work consistently—the large burner would not light properly...

“What a gem! Plenty of supplies and amenities from extra blankets and ample toilet paper to gel/alternative down pillows and a sleep sound machine! The co-host went above and beyond to take care of my family's needs. I can't express enough how happy we are to have found this home. We have to return later this year to the area and hopefully we're able to stay here. 10/10!!!”

“Very fine house ”

“This free standing studio apartment is tucked into a neighborhood. While the homes around it need some TLC, this unit is perfect. Very comfortable, full kitchen, fast internet. The owner/host provided great communication upon check in and checkout. Parking is right in front of the door. It is secure and well lit. This is a great unit for one or two people. There isn’t much space or seating for more. ”

“Property was convenient to where we needed yo be. The size of the house was smaller than we expected. And there was a strange musty smell. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. so when you showered the room would fill with steam and the floor would become VERY slippery. ”

“Everything was great at the house, it is in a great location and had everything we needed. it was clean and comfortable. We ran into an issue halfway through our stay which was not the fault of the host and they quickly helped remediate it with little impact to our stay. highly recommend the property. ”
