“Room service was very efficient and did a great job. Could have had a larger selection of fruit for breakfast.”

“Room smelled terrible! Not very clean. Stayed in handicapped room. Switches, soap dispensers, sink and floor were nasty.”

“I made do with the room we was assigned. We had requested a handicapped accessible room because I’m unable to access a bathtub. Breakfast wasn’t anything special for sure so we opted to only eat 1 meal there out of our 3 day stay. Overall the hotel was clean and well kept.”

“The place was super run down and filthy, there were buckets all over to catch leaks from the ceiling!! I was approached several times by prostitutes seemed super unsafe but had to stay there for work and was past the refund time!! Would NEVER stay there again, stay far away!!”

“The breakfast menu was limited but nourishing. I do think with type of crowd in the area this weekend for several big events, it could have been a little more diversified. There needs to be 2 griddles for pancakes and eaffles. The staff was very accommodating. They room syaff needs to pay aayentiob to. cleaning the area around and on the shampoo and conditioning bottles. Parking was great and convenient ”

“If we hadn’t shown up at 11pm we would have tried to find another hotel. The receptionist was very pleasant, but the hallway and room had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom tiles were broken and lose, the vanity sink was spidered, cracks in the wall and ceiling and just a lot of neglect to the room/property. We were thankful the sheets appeared to be clean and the a/c worked.”

“We weren't able to make our first date of our reservation due to unexpected illness and they forfited our reservation kept all our money and re-rented out our room to someone else and then cause they were the only hotel with a room available we had to book another room for our stay and charged us premium rates for it. Terrible customer service.”
