However, the steepness was a concern with small kids and lots of lost balls over the edges… Plenty of trails to walk and they are wide enough for an ATV. The house was big enough for our family and we loved the outdoor area. However, stairs outside did not have handrails, which was also a safety concern for children and elderly family members. Rooms were very large...

“The property was clean and surprisingly roomy for an upstairs apartment. Tristan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was helpful to be close to downtown and Marshall University. The barbershop is on the first floor, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Thanks for a nice stay!”
