“I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only.
This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation.
I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. ”

“Our stay at LIV Hotel Jaipur was excellent. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Irfan Khan, who went above and beyond to assist us by arranging a complimentary room upgrade when we requested a different view from the one originally reserved. “Gli interni dell'hotel sono di qualità e moderni, personale molto disponibile, non lontano da molte attrazioni e dal centro.
2 problemi:
il tetto con la piscina e uno dei 3 ristoranti/bar dell'hotel è infestato da piccioni e non viene pulito a dovere.
Basta non andare sul tetto e l'esperienza sarà valida!
Avevamo prenotato una stanza con tre letti e ci è stata data una stanza con 2 letti e un doppio materasso per terra. Ci è stato detto che non c'era alternativa.. Non molto professionale.. però...

“The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening.
The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service.
