“Gli interni dell'hotel sono di qualità e moderni, personale molto disponibile, non lontano da molte attrazioni e dal centro.
2 problemi:
il tetto con la piscina e uno dei 3 ristoranti/bar dell'hotel è infestato da piccioni e non viene pulito a dovere.
Basta non andare sul tetto e l'esperienza sarà valida!
Avevamo prenotato una stanza con tre letti e ci è stata data una stanza con 2 letti e un doppio materasso per terra. Ci è stato detto che non c'era alternativa.. Non molto professionale.. però...

“This is not a 4 star hotel. Lots of items were missing or not working. Hairdryer had tape all around it. The room was dirty. Not 4 star standard. We did get upgraded to another room but again hairdryer not working and taped and sockets not working. This hotel is opposite a open top venue for parties and has a hall downstairs, it was noisy, the area is nice but in a built up noisy area
The people that worked there were great and helpful.

“I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only.
This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation.
I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice. ”

“Our stay at Taj Devi Ratn was spectacular. The room was very spacious and the staff very incredibly courteous and efficient. The available dining options were great and authentic. The only downside to the hotel is the distance from the Jaipur city center, but the area was very peaceful as a result.”

“We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. It’s newly built and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
The food was amazing. The young owner is very friendly professional and ambitious.
