“It is ancient but very well maintained. All the furniture and fixtures looks like it is from the 1950s or 1970s - the building looks to be built of concrete or blocks with a brick exterior. “Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. “Had an enjoyable stay. Check-in was very easy: received a text with our room # & lock code prior to arriving. The rooms are basic, no frills, all you need for a short stay: clean, great location, comfy bed, cold A/C & hot shower. Love sitting out on the deck just enjoying the sights & sounds of the lake-but you can only really enjoy it during the day; at night the bugs take over, swarming around all of the lights. You’ll get that anywhere near water. Overall, we had a great time & will be back....
