“Clean. Friendly. Good breakfast”

“Very run down hotel, but they are doing some upgrades at this time. Toliets plug real easy, the continental breakfast was so so and had to wait while they made more.”

“Overall, the room was fine and affordable. It had a weird smell like mildew or something. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet so I was scared to not wear shoes the rest of the time. My room - The Rainforest Room, had a jetted tub but because the ground was a little nasty and the smell was a little off I was also scared to use that because I assumed it’s probably not being cleaned regularly. I think they need to improve their cleaning processes here. Bed was very comfy!”

“The property smelled musty and the sheets were filthy. There were roach droppings and random bug parts in the sheets. I ended up leaving after being denied a refund and had to drive 3+ hours back home in the middle of the night. I asked the clerk about a refund after coming back from the conference I was at around 11pm. Since I checked in at 7pm, dropped my bags and went back to my conference he said I was not entitled to a refund.”

“The room was nice. The breakfast was excellent. The only problem was that the shower handle came off, I responded to their initial text, but it wasn't taken care of during our stay and it kept falling off.”
