“Great spacious condo. We did some hiking around Twin Lakes and hiked Mt Elbert whole staying there. Everything is excellently appointed. Fun bunk room for the kids. Movie selection is excellent. The neighborhood is a little remote and tough to get into if you don't have high clearance. Just FYI. ”

“The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. ”

“The location could not have been better. Snuggled in pines with a view of mountains, a nice deck, and a lovely path to a picnic table and swing behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place for anyone who does not have trouble with stairs.
