The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee.


Enjoy peaceful mountain views during your stay! Please note that lake access is approximately 3 miles away.

HIGH ALTITUDE INFORMATION
At 10,000+ feet, the high elevation can feel different, especially if you're arriving from a lower altitude.
Staying well-hydrated and limiting alcohol can help reduce some of the effects of high altitude that can sometimes feel like a headache, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, or fatigue.
Listen to your body and take it easy if you're feeling unwell, particularly before strenuous mountain activities. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and everything the area has to offer while staying comfortable at elevation!

WILDLIFE NOTICE: Bears are known to pass through the area and may occasionally be seen near the property. Never approach or feed wildlife, and please do not leave food, trash, or other scented items outside unattended. Additional bear safety guidelines are included in the House Rules.

SECURITY CAMERAS: The home is equipped with three exterior security cameras—two at the front and one at the back. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the home.

AC: The home is designed with a passive solar system, in-floor radiant heating, and ceiling fans to provide year-round comfort. Because of this energy-efficient design, the home does not have air conditioning.

SERVICES: You might see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
