Baite a Twin Lakes

“I asked the manager if we could check in an hour or two for a business meeting. Nope, we could not. That was understandable because it had been rented prior to us. So, my husband conducted his business meeting in the truck at Leadville. However, when we arrived two hours after allowed check in time, we had to wait hours while they cleaned one of the cabins. “Road to cabin is gravel for 4 miles and very bumpy. Cabin was 100% beyond my expectations. Huge deck and perfect for dogs.”

“Evidence of great cleaning. Not a whole lot of cookware but enough to get by. Host gave decent information for checking in and checking out but doesn’t respond to questions. Extremely private and gorgeous scenery. WiFi is a bit iffy but it’s not a dead zone. Neither heater is adjustable and one doesn’t work(not much of an issue in the summer). A couple maintenance issues but nothing that really affected the stay. Some board games and books available, and a record player! Couch is cute but...

“Awesome place! We almost didn't make it due to car problems but glad we did. We had everything we needed to make our stay great! We enjoyed our time at the cabin, there was plenty of wildlife to see every morning as I sat on the porch sipping my coffee. The kids loved it as well. Thanks for allowing us to use your home. We would definitely come back here to stay.”
